Projects

Healthy Families America® (HFA) is one of the leading family support and evidence-based home visiting programs in the United States. HFA believes early, nurturing relationships are the foundation for healthy development. The mission of HFA is to promote child well-being and to prevent the abuse and neglect of our nation’s children by delivering home visiting services that empower families and communities.

Parents as Teachers (PAT) is an international, evidenced-based Home Visiting model. PAT promotes optimal early development, learning and health of children by supporting and engaging their parents and caregivers. Their vision is that all children will develop, learn, and grow to realize their full potential.

The Refugee Systems of Care (RSoC) project helps build stronger support systems for home visiting programs that serve refugee and newcomer families with young children.

The Center for Quality Family Support (CQFS) plays a crucial role in ensuring that the home visiting system in Michigan is connected to an equitable and accessible professional development system so that home visitors have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively support families.
